At NDTC we believe in relationship building. The personal relationship between the therapist and the client is the crucial determinant of treatment outcomes. Evidence indicates that honesty, sincerity, acceptance and understanding are basic ingredients for successful outcomes.

Therapists’ degree of caring, their interest and ability in helping their clients, and their genuineness influence the relationship.

Cultural sensitivity is an important aspect of meeting the needs of individuals. The therapists at NDTC are culturally competent and continue to participate in multicultural trainings and workshops in order to stay abreast with best practices.
Our Therapists are trained in multicultural awareness in order to be competent in dealing with diverse population.

Counselors are expected to continue participating in trainings that will keep them conscious of diversity in order to better serve our clients.

Our therapists are available at times that are most convenient for the individual and the family, including evenings and weekends.
